CARELESS AND IMPRUDENT DRIVING/RECKLESS DRIVING

Careless and Imprudent Driving (C & I), sometimes referred to as Reckless Driving, can be a serious matter. However, with one of Missouri's experts there is little to worry about. The State's C & I charge can carry 6 points on your license. That is close to a suspension. With any other points, it is definitely a suspension of your license. Many times, however, a good disposition can be worked out with the prosecutor concerning your case. Often times, no points will be put on your license.

My firm has handled C & I and Reckless Driving cases for 28 years. I have appeared in dozens of jurisdictions concerning these charges. St. Louis has over 90 municipalities, and Missouri has more than 90 counties. You could be charged anywhere, and I am able to help you.

Don't ignore a serious matter like this, as your insurance rates will skyrocket without the proper defense. Put the expert to work for you! Remember: our office works in all courts within the state of Missouri.
